At VibeWorld24, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains what data we hold, what we delete, and how to submit your request.

What Data We Hold

Depending on how you've used VibeWorld24, we may hold the following data about you:

• Account information (name, email address)
• Subscription and billing records (managed through Stripe)
• AI conversation history and session data
• Contact form submissions
• Usage analytics and logs
• Any data shared through third-party integrations (e.g., Stripe Connect)

What Gets Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently delete:

• Your account and profile data
• AI conversation history and session memory
• Contact form and lead records
• Any connected integration tokens

How to Submit a Deletion Request

1. Send an email request Email us at info@vibeworld24.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include your email address Provide the email address associated with your VibeWorld24 account so we can locate your data
3. We verify your identity We may ask you to confirm your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion requests
4. Data is deleted within 30 days We process all deletion requests within 30 days and send you a confirmation once complete

Facebook / Meta Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to VibeWorld24 and wish to delete that data:

• Send a deletion request to info@vibeworld24.com
• We will revoke all stored access tokens and remove your connected account data immediately
• You can also revoke access directly from your Facebook Business Integrations settings

Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
